These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Korynth Press LLC ("Korynth Press," "we," "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Korynth Press LLC provides digital content creation and editorial services, including but not limited to: blog and article writing, website copy, social media content, newsletters, digital publications, content editing, proofreading, content planning, and educational materials. All services are delivered remotely.

2. Orders & Project Agreements

Each project begins with a written agreement (email, proposal, or order form) specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon receipt of a signed agreement or confirmed order and any required deposit.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing is agreed upon before project start and outlined in the project proposal.
A deposit of 50% is required for projects over $300 USD before work begins.
Final payment is due upon delivery of final files or as specified in the project agreement.
Late payments beyond 14 days may incur a 1.5% monthly service fee.

4. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership and usage rights to all delivered content. Korynth Press LLC retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, necessary brand assets, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline accordingly.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and project information as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Korynth Press LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Korynth Press LLC is committed to delivering high-quality content and editorial services. Because our work is custom-created and delivered digitally, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

1. Deposits

Deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they secure our time and resources for your project. This applies to all projects requiring an upfront deposit.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced (and no deposit has been paid), no charge will be applied. If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable as outlined above.

3. Cancellations During a Project

If a project is cancelled after work has begun:

You will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation, calculated at our standard rate.
Any overpayment beyond the amount owed for completed work will be refunded within 10 business days.
Any balance due beyond the deposit will be invoiced and payable within 14 days.

4. Completed Deliverables

Refunds are not issued for completed and delivered work. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you through our revision process (see Terms of Service, Section 4) to address concerns.

5. Quality Disputes

If you believe a deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed-upon scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@korynthpress.com. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, offer a revision, partial credit, or other resolution.

6. Digital Products

Any digital templates, guides, or downloadable products sold through our store are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
